Installation of required restroom exhaust systems and mop sink exhaust. Installation of interior finishes including tile flooring, wall finishes, ceiling systems, and paint. Exterior penetrations for mechanical exhaust and utility connections as shown in the approved plans. No modifications to primary structural framing or load-bearing exterior walls are proposed except as detailed in the engineered permit drawings. All work shall comply with the current Florida Building Code, Florida Fire Prevention Code, and applicable local and health department regulations.
