Avalon Park West Town Center Park

As part of the hardscape work there is a concrete seat bench that need to be built under the site permit. Due to a footing construction for the bench, per code we need to file for a building permit. This is not a structural wall or a retaining wall, it is just a seat bench for the plaza.
